"Namibia Support Organisation" Currently (2022), we are in the process of registering our German association as a social organization in Namibia. This requires bylaws and a seven-member committee. We have three main objectives for this organization: 1) The legal employment of local staff; 2) The opening of an independent bank account; 3) Finding sponsors in Namibia for our projects. "Namibia Support Organisation" will then become the Namibian branch of our German association and will assume responsibility for our projects in Namibia in the medium term. An independent Namibian auditor will then monitor and certify all project funding on-site. The current committee has the following responsibilities: Ringo Hoeseb (Chairperson), Walter Kanguatjivi (Treasurer), Liston B. Narib (Vice-Chairperson), Magthe Hoeses (Secretary), Jacqualine L. Gaoes, Margret Knoche, Joachim Knoche. Magthe Hoeses has been working for the German association as Namibian administrator since 2021 and supports the work of our German association in Namibia.
